Skulltag adds onto the already vast and incredible universe of Doom II. It adds levels, weapons, runes,
monsters, and much much more; making Doom II better that it's ever been before!
Powerups

Turbosphere:
Greatly increases the player's running speed. This could really help out
in CTF games! |

Time Freeze Sphere:
Perhaps the most unique powerup in all of Doom! This powerup actually
briefly FREEZES TIME, however allowing YOU to move around, fire, do
whatever you want! Wreak havoc on your foes before time resumes as
normal! |

Invisibility Sphere: Causes the player who possesses it to
be almost completely invisible. Can work wonders in CTF games! |

Doomsphere:
Quadruples the amount of damage done by players who carry this. |
 |
Random Powerup:
Randomly gives the player either a megasphere, soulsphere,
invulnerability, partial invisibility, time freezer, invisibility,
doomsphere, or a turbosphere. |

Guard Sphere:
Reduces the players damage by 3/4. The player will see a greenish tint and appears greenish and it lasts for 45 seconds. |

Terminator:
The terminator gameplay mode revolves around this (appropriately named) powerup! Spawned at a random deathmatch spot at the beginning of a level, this powerup gives the player who carries it PERMANENT quad damage (it doesn't wear off until you die), and 200/200% health and armor, making the player the TERMINATOR! When killed, the player carrying this drops the terminator ball, and the one who killed him is awarded 10 frags.

Runes
 |
Strength:
The powers of this rune harness and ampily the body's damage capability, and transfers those effects to its weapons. Having this rune doubles the amount of damage you do. |

Rage:
Insiting a fierce anger within your body, you attack your enemies with a relentless rage. With this rune, your attack speed is doubled. |
 |
Drain:
With this vampiric rune, you feast on the blood of others! When you damage opponets, you get half of the damage you do to them, back in health. (Note: Currently unimplemented)

Spread:
Triple attack! You now fire three times as many shots, with the two additional shots going at a slightly different angle. Brings back memories of Contra, doesn't it?

Resistance:
The energy from this rune creates an invisible protection shield around the body. This field cuts the amount of damage done to you in half.

Regeneration:
The eternally beating heart of a slain demon, this rune slowly gives you back health until your maximum base health is reached.

Prosperity:
Allows you to pick up ALL health items until your maximum health is reached. So with this, medkits, stimpacks, etc. can take you up to 200%! |

Reflection:
Constantly monitoring the body for damage, this rune sends half of the damage done to you back to the source! Now, if someone attacks you, the end up attacking themselves, too!

High Jump:
This rune emits an invisible stream of downward energy every time you jump, doubling your jump height. Now more areas are accessible!

Haste:
Summoning the great power of the wind around you, this rune slightly increases your running speed.

Monsters
 |
Dark Imp:
This darker, more sinister breed of imp, is more frequently found in the inner circles of Hell, where it uses its dark skin to strike at its prey from the shadows. These fiends have twice the health of a normal imp, as well as fire a new fireball that travels at twice the speed of a normal imp fireball! |

Blood Demon:
A monster that feeds on the flesh of fallen demons to acquire its great strength. These beasts have twice the health of a normal demon. |
 |
Super Shotgun Guy:
A super-shotgun wielding menace. The most powerful of all hitscan monsters. Don't get near these guys up close unless you have something to hide behind! |
 |
Cacolantern:
Cacodemons who have had their skin turned permanently orange from hundreds of years of being near the orange flames in the center of Hell itself, these abominations are more than your average Cacodemon. They have double the health of a Cacodemon, as well as fire missiles twice the speed of a Cacodemon. |

Hectebus:
The hectebi are the most fearsome breed of mancubus. These walking tanks have double the health of a normal mancubus, and an even more deadly attack. |
 |
Abaddon:
The ashen skin of the sinister Abaddon is but a subtle reminder that these nightmares come from the deepest reaches of Hell, where the fires are the most intense, charring the skin of those who reside there. Abaddon have triple the health of a Cacodemon, have a double attack, and spew fireballs that are twice as fast and twice as damaging, compared to a normal Cacodemon's. |

Belphegor:
The most powerful of the demon nobles. They have triple the health of a hell knight, have a triple attack, and fire missiles twice the speed of a Hell Knight, or Baron. |

Armor and Health
 |
Red Armor:
Special armor that greatly reduces the damage done to you by fire attacks. Rocket jumping is relatively safe with this kind of armor!

Max. Health Bonus:
Increases your maximum base health and maximum health by one point. So, if you picked up one of these, medkits and stimpacks would bring your healh up to 101%, and a soulsphere, etc. would bring your health up to 201%! The absolute maximum health is 250%, and the absolute maximum base health is 150%.

Max. Armor Bonus:
Increases your maximum base armor and maximum armor by one point. So, if you picked up one of these, green armor would bring your armor up to 101%, and blue and red armor would bring your armor up to 201%! The absolute maximum armor is 250%, and the absolute maximum base armor is 150%.
